Zhi (Zack) Zheng, PhD
Zhi (Zack) Zheng joined Juvena Therapeutics as a Scientist to support Dr. Li’s research in protein science and help advance Juvena’s pipeline of rejuvenating therapeutics. He earned his PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, where he studied protein structure and function, assay development, and genetic manipulation technologies. Zack has led projects in structural biology, molecular biology, and high-throughput drug screening, and brings extensive expertise in protein purification, functional assays, and cell culture systems. His research has been published as a first author in Nature, as a co–first author in Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, and as a contributing author in Science. Outside the lab, Zack enjoys movies, tennis, and skiing.
