Having majored in biology during her undergraduate studies, and previously working on direct reprogramming of fibroblasts into cardiac muscle cells, Lenore has taken an interest in altering cell fate decisions. Since joining Juvena Therapeutics this August, she has been working on establishing the in vitro screening pipelines with muscle progenitor cells (myoblasts), using her cell culturing experience. She is fascinated to see how myoblasts can change their characteristics according to our treatment.
